Aditya Singh is a disputes lawyer based in the New York office of White & Case, where he focuses primarily on the resolution of complex cross-border disputes. He is qualified to practice in India, New York and England and Wales. He has represented governments and private parties in commercial and investor-state arbitrations in various jurisdictions, including Paris, London, New York, Washington D.C., Singapore, Geneva and Canada.
Previously, Aditya was based in London where he served as counsel in litigation and international arbitration matters. He has advised clients in the energy, infrastructure, financial services, construction and insurance industries.
Aditya holds law degrees from the Yale Law School (USA) and the NALSAR University of Law (India). He has been a Student Empirical Research Fellow at the Harvard Law School's Program on the Legal Profession and a Grotius Fellow and Visiting Scholar at the University of Michigan Law School.
