Dr. Fadhel Kaboub is President of the Binzagr Institute for Sustainable Prosperity and Associate Professor of economics at Denison University. His research focuses on the Political Economy of the Middle East and on job creation programs to address youth unemployment in the region. Dr. Kaboub is a passionate teacher who believes in the power of education and critical analysis in producing transformative social change. He firmly believes that life with dignity for all can only be achieved in a society that guarantees the right to decent jobs with a living wage for all members of the community. In his view, countries that enjoy full financial sovereignty can afford to end poverty, ensure full employment and price stability, provide universal healthcare, and improve ecological conditions. Dr. Kaboub is a widely published author. His recent work has been presented at many prestigious institutions including the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, Harvard Law School, Cornell University, Columbia University, Sorbonne University, and the National University of Singapore.
