Eng. Ayman Mansi serves as Head of Business Development & Director of Real Estate Development at Emaar, The Economic City (EEC) Real Estate Development Co, King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC)
Ayman oversees the development of residential communities with a total size of 4 Million sqm. He directs the business model from strategy to execution. Ayman is also in charge of PPP housing initiatives as part of his role within business development. He joined KAEC in 2008.
Previously, Ayman served as Director of Corporate Business Development with the responsibility of product innovation and managing strategic accounts at KAEC. He spearheaded the launch of a middle income community, called “Al-Talah Gardens”, from concept to execution. The community grew from SR 40 Million to SR 1 Billion revenues in 4 years. Prior to that, Ayman contributed to the development of the 1st school, 1st clinic and 1st higher education facility at KAEC. Ayman has worked in the business planning at NCB Islamic banking in collaboration with McKinsey & Co. Ayman was also engaged in development projects in New York City & East Boston.
Ayman holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and BS in Systems Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals. Ayman is a graduate of Harvard Real Estate Advanced Management Development Program (AMDP). He also attended an executive education program at The Wharton School in Finance & Accounting. Ayman holds Six Sigma Green Belt and was accredited as Project Management Professional at the Project Management Institute.
